Ginsters goes vegan with a new plant-based Cornish Pasty

The most popular vegan item in the UK at the moment is quite possibly the Greggs vegan sausage roll. Well, it seems that a few other companies have started to note its success and are following up with their own vegan snacks.

Ginsters is the latest to hop aboard the plant food bandwagon. It is working with Quorn, who also supply the sausagey bit for Greggs, to deliver a Vegan Quorn Cornish Pasty. So that’s another thing you might be able to buy from service stations and garages in the future.

As you probably know there are several vegan CPs on sale already. The West Cornwall Pasty Company already has a couple of vegan friendly treats in its range –  a wheatmeal vegetable and thai green curry.
